Absolutely! Lilly Skin removes ALL makeup. TIP: for stubborn make-up, make sure your pad is completely soaked in very HOT water. The warmer the water, the wetter the pad, the better! Hold your moistened and warm pad over your eye for more than 5 seconds, then begin to make circular movements for make-up removal.

How do I know when it's time to replace my pads?

How do the make-up remover pads work?
Our pads are made of exclusive, patented, premium quality fabric that contains millions of tiny hair-like fibres (each fibre is 50 to 100 times finer than a human hair) that work like a "vacuum" to remove all the dirt, makeup and oil from each pore.
Is there any soap or product in the fabric of the pads?
No soap or chemicals are added! Lilly Skin Pads work by the forces of ions that attract to create a vacuum.
Do they pull on my skin or cause wrinkles?
Absolutely not! When used with warm water as described, the Lilly Skin Pad works like a "hoover" to remove all makeup, dirt and oil from your pores. There is no need to pull on the skin, and it is dermatologist approved. Ps: The softness of our fabric will impress you!
How do I use it?
Machine wash before first use. Soak your pad completely in warm water. Use the short fibre side first to remove your make-up, then turn the long fibre side over to pick up any leftovers and exfoliate the skin. TIP: We recommend that you use it by sections and machine wash once a week.
Can I use a cleanser, micellar water or any other product with my Lilly Skin pad?
Absolutely! If you choose to do so, be sure to rinse the product completely off the pad between uses. You may need to machine wash more frequently to avoid product accumulation.
Do I need to wash my face after using my Lilly Skin pad?
We strongly recommend that you continue to take care of your skin after using your pad. It is recommended that you erase and exfoliate with your pad first and then use your cleanser on your skin afterwards.
Is the Lilly Skin pad hygienic?
The fabric of our pad is anti-bacterial. Each fibre is so tiny that it is almost impossible for bacteria to live and grow.
